Requirements

All meat is inspected when it comes in the door.  We do not accept meat that is over a year old or that is freezer burnt. Joe expects clean meat from his customers. 

We also have a less than seven day turn around during deer season. Reminder we are a family run business and family comes first but we will always let you know if there would be a delay in the turnaround time.

Joe prides himself that if a good product comes in then a good product will go out the door.

We are state inspected and meet all requirements.

Vacuum packing 

Literally takes all the air out of the packaged product.  Having this done helps preserve your product.  Most of our repeat customers swear by it.  Most people don’t have it all vacuumed the first time, but usually the next time they come back they have it all vacuumed.  It has grown in popularity at least 10 times from when we started offering it.  Most of our customers agree it is the only way to go.  All you have to do after you pick up your order is put it in the freezer. Everything is clearly labeled for you in item packaging or one pound packages.

Ground Venison

As of 2022 we no longer accept ground venison because we cannot inspect it. Again a good product coming in means a good product going out.
